As the weather gets cooler, please remember to replace the extra “summer” change of clothes in your child’s backpack with warmer fall wear.

Delayed Opening/Early Dismissal of School Due to Inclement Weather:

The MDO program follows any decisions made by Leander ISD regarding possible hazardous road conditions.  The MDO program will follow the Leander ISD plan for delayed school starting time, cancellation or early dismissal or proceed as usual with school.

If Leander ISD is one hour delayed, we will start at 10:00am instead of 9:00am. If the delay will be two or more hours, we will be closed for the day.

Information about school closings, delays or dismissals will be announced on local radio and television stations.  You can also call the MDO office at 259-9050 and listen to the announcement.
